Successful Integration Test at HUBER SE: On the home stretch to the IFS Cloud Upgrade

HUBER SE is advancing its digital transformation and, together with FLEXiCODE, is successfully paving the way for the upgrade to IFS Cloud. With the latest ERP technology, integrated artificial intelligence, and a clear growth strategy, the project is now on the home stretch.
Successful integration test and comprehensive trainings
A key milestone in the ongoing project was the successful integration test, which confirmed the stability and performance of the new system landscape. In parallel, numerous training sessions were conducted with the subsidiaries of HUBER SE to ensure that all stakeholders are optimally prepared for the productive use of IFS Cloud and can take advantage of the new solution right from the start.
On the home stretch of the upgrade project
The ERP upgrade project is currently in its final sprint, and the project team is working intensively on the final details. A recently held project meeting served not only for coordination but also as a small project celebration just before the holiday season – an ideal opportunity to jointly acknowledge the successes achieved so far and highlight the commitment of all involved.
“With the upgrade to IFS Cloud, we are creating the basis for further growth and simultaneously increasing the efficiency of our processes. The close collaboration with FLEXiCODE was crucial for the project’s success so far. We look forward to jointly preparing for the go-live and taking the next steps in our digital transformation,” explain the two project managers Josef Stadler, Commercial Director, and Thomas Meier, Head of IT at HUBER SE.
Go-live at year-end
After the summer break, the project team will enter the final completion phase. Subsequently, preparations for the planned go-live at the turn of the year 2025/2026 will begin. HUBER SE and FLEXiCODE are working hand in hand to ensure a seamless transition and create the basis for a successful digital transformation.
