From the Classroom to Team FLEXiCODE

When searching for the next generation of IT specialists, the annual in-house career fair at the Deggendorf District IT Vocational Schools is a true highlight for us—and naturally a permanent fixture in our calendar!

Last week, our colleagues Susanne (HR Specialist), Andreas (Senior Business Consultant), and Stephan (Senior Technical Consultant) were back on-site in Plattling to connect with numerous motivated young talents—ranging from future software developers and systems engineers to business IT specialists.

The discussions centered around launching a career at FLEXiCODE, internship opportunities, and the diverse paths available within our innovative IT ecosystem.

We were thrilled by the high level of interest in our work, the curiosity surrounding our projects, and the inspiring, open exchange of ideas.

A sincere thank you goes out to all the students and visitors—and, of course, to the entire organizing team at the vocational schools for the invitation and for once again hosting such an excellent and engaging event!
