Diversity with all senses
There’s always something going on at FLEXiCODE! We love getting together, exchanging ideas and celebrating the different cultures of our colleagues. That’s why we regularly organize meals together in the office, where colleagues share their cultural and culinary traditions. Our latest hit: a Sri Lankan lunch!
Our colleagues from Sri Lanka really spoiled us with their delicious dishes. The menu included kottu roti, Sri Lankan dhal curry and lots of other delicious dishes with chicken, beef and vegetarian delicacies. The dishes were as varied as our colleagues and had varying degrees of spiciness. Some of the more delicate European palates needed a little yoghurt, but they all tasted incredibly good! And there was even a Sri Lankan dessert at the end.
These meals together are more than just a tasty break. They bring us closer together as a team and offer the perfect opportunity to learn more about the cultures and traditions of our colleagues. Whether it’s a white sausage breakfast, a colorful brunch or a Russian lunch with Russian and Uzbek dishes such as pelmeni and plov – every event is a highlight and strengthens our team spirit.
We are extremely proud of our open and colorful corporate culture, which thrives on the diversity and unique contributions of our employees.
