True to this guiding principle, our consulting team came together last week – joined by colleagues from PreSales, Development, and Customer Care, who contributed specifically on their topics. Twice a year, we deliberately create this space to sharpen our focus, translate project experience into valuable best practices, and ensure that our expertise is not only on paper, but tangible in every project.
It’s about mindset, not just craft.
Taking responsibility for project success – not only for one’s own role in it. As an IFS full-solution provider, we support customers from strategic planning through to smooth day-to-day operations. For us, consulting also means thinking outside the box. When we see certain challenges recurring, we develop solutions that address them precisely. Our Cloud Extensions are such tools – created from real requirements to make ERP processes in everyday work smoother and more intuitive.
Knowledge that lasts.
This commitment to quality can only be maintained if knowledge does not remain in individual heads, but flows throughout the entire team. That is why, in targeted group work, we deliberately paired experienced FLEXis with new colleagues. Different perspectives, one shared goal: Anyone who does not pass on years of project experience wastes it.
The agenda covered everything that makes the difference in practice: the current IFS Cloud release update with its new features, precise cutover planning, and a shared look at our newly structured managed services.
When teamwork works in the kitchen, too.
Four groups, one kitchen, Spanish tapas. Under the motto “Viva la España”, the evening was all about: aprons on, pitching in together. We chopped, seasoned, and discussed – and in the end enjoyed an excellent meal.
A team that delivers complex projects during the day also finds its rhythm at the stove. The atmosphere was lively, the mood relaxed – exactly how FLEXiCODE is internally, too.
Days like these are not a bonus. They are the foundation for the success of our projects. Our customers work with a team that does not only react when problems arise – but one that meets regularly to proactively ensure it does not come to that in the first place.
