Aveso Oy becomes part of the Flexicode Group, establishing a European IFS specialist with Nordic and DACH reach

Two leading IFS partners are joining forces: Flexicode Group GmbH has acquired 100% of the shares of company Aveso Oy – the leading Finnish IFS Partner. The combination establishes one of the largest pure-play IFS Cloud system providers in Europe, with more than EUR 25 million in revenues and around 150 specialists across the Nordics and DACH.
Founded in 2014, Aveso serves more than 40 Finnish IFS customers in its three locations in Turku, Tampere and Espoo.
Together, the two companies will offer a broader, more comprehensive service portfolio, enabling them to deliver even stronger value to customers across Europe.

For Flexicode Group, the transaction represents not only a geographical expansion but also a strengthening of its expertise in IFS EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) and IFS FSM (Field Service Management), as well as an extension of its service offering in the field of data management, including master data management, data quality, and data warehousing. For Aveso, the deal opens the door to accelerated growth in Finland and a clear pathway into the wider Nordic market.

All current shareholders will significantly re-invest in Flexicode Group and Sami Heino will continue as CEO of Aveso. Aveso’s management and all 48 employees across the company’s three locations in Finland will continue in their roles.
Both parties have agreed not to disclose further details about the transaction.
