The transaction strengthens the Group’s presence in the Nordics and expands its expertise in IFS Cloud, Managed Services and Business Intelligence.

In March of last year, Jakob AG successfully launched its newly developed IFS Cloud application. The implementation and technical support for this project were provided by the Managed Service Team at FLEXiCODE Schweiz AG.

The smooth go-live of IFS Cloud ERP at AVL DiTEST on May 1, 2026, marked an important milestone for the company’s future direction. Together with the AVL DiTEST team, FLEXiCODE had the opportunity to support a challenging transformation project—with a clear focus on future-proofing, efficient processes, and a modern system landscape spanning several key business areas.

A globally active industrial company in the field of intelligent electrotechnical system solutions will rely on IFS Cloud in future - initially at three German locations, with a global rollout to follow.

Two leading IFS partners are joining forces: Flexicode Group GmbH has acquired 100% of the shares of company Aveso Oy – the leading Finnish IFS Partner. The combination establishes one of the largest pure-play IFS Cloud system providers in Europe, with more than EUR 25 million in revenues and around 150 specialists across the Nordics and DACH.

Regular support for IFS Applications 10 has expired—and Extended Support will also end in the foreseeable future. For companies that continue to rely on Apps 10, switching to IFS Cloud is therefore becoming increasingly time-critical.

With Uwe Kutschenreiter, FLEXiCODE gains an experienced sales expert as Chief Sales Officer for the DACH region. In his new role, he will be responsible for Sales and Marketing and will actively support the company’s strategic development.
