Flexicode Group continues its European growth strategy with the acquisition of Danish IFS specialist Curit

The transaction strengthens the Group’s presence in the Nordics and expands its expertise in IFS Cloud, Managed Services and Business Intelligence.
Fürth/Vejle. Following its combination with Finnish IFS specialist Aveso Oy, Danish company Curit ApS is now also becoming part of the Flexicode Group.
Curit is one of Denmark’s most experienced IFS partners. Founded in 2003 by Aase Appel Steffensen and Carsten Kaaber, the company was one of the first IFS partners worldwide. Today, Curit serves more than 50 customers and supports companies throughout the entire lifecycle of their IFS solutions – from strategic consulting and implementation to optimisation and long-term operations.
The transaction gives customers access to additional resources, an international network of experts and an expanded portfolio of services. This includes IFS Cloud implementations, upgrades, support and Managed Services, as well as industry-specific solutions, data migration and integration, Business Intelligence and the use of AI capabilities embedded in IFS.

Local presence, pan-European capabilities
As part of the Flexicode Group, Curit will continue to strengthen its position in the Danish market. Its established points of contact, customer relationships and high degree of operational independence will remain unchanged. At the same time, the team will gain access to additional resources and further sector-specific expertise, enabling it to deliver larger and cross-border IFS projects.

Curit contributes particular expertise in IFS consulting, implementation, support, upgrades, Managed Cloud, integrations, data migration and Business Intelligence and TARGIT. The Flexicode Group adds extensive experience in international IFS Cloud transformations, Field Service Management, Enterprise Asset Management, data management and complementary software solutions.

Collaboration in the Nordics
Following the integration of Aveso in Finland, the combination with Curit marks the next step in Flexicode Group’s targeted expansion across Europe, establishing a particularly strong IFS partner platform in the Nordics. Deep customer relationships, strong technical know-how and on-the-ground capabilities will remain core elements of the Group’s strategy.

Flexicode Group has agreed to acquire 100% of the shares of Curit ApS. All employees will remain in their current roles. Both parties have agreed not to disclose further details about the Transaction.
