The smooth go-live of IFS Cloud ERP at AVL DiTEST on May 1, 2026, marked an important milestone for the company’s future direction. Together with the AVL DiTEST team, FLEXiCODE had the opportunity to support a challenging transformation project—with a clear focus on future-proofing, efficient processes, and a modern system landscape spanning several key business areas.
A company with a high level of technical expertise
AVL DiTEST is one of the leading providers of measurement and diagnostic solutions for the automotive industry. The company develops and manufactures innovative systems for vehicle diagnostics, emissions testing, and workshop technology, and has been synonymous with technical precision and high-quality standards for many years.
To meet the growing demands on processes, scalability, and digital workflows, AVL DiTEST decided to undergo a fundamental system overhaul: The previous solution, based on Microsoft Navision, was replaced by a modern reimplementation of IFS Cloud ERP.

The goal was to sustainably strengthen end-to-end processes, transparent data, and efficient workflows across various departments.
