With a score of 1.55 in the category “Overall satisfaction with the maintenance partner”, FLEXiCODE reaffirms what customers have valued for years: deep IFS expertise, trusted partnerships built on equal footing, and reliable support.

The Trovarit study “ERP in Practice”, one of the most important independent user surveys in the ERP market, was conducted for the 13th time in 2026. Following a comprehensive quality review, 1,538 evaluations of ERP installations were included in the analysis between March and June 2026. The study therefore provides a broad data foundation and valuable insights into how companies rate both their ERP solutions and the software, implementation, and maintenance partners supporting them.
Based on the real-world experiences of user organizations in their day-to-day operations, the results are widely regarded as an important benchmark within the German-speaking ERP market.
