Last week, we had two reasons to celebrate: four new FLEXis joined our Business Consulting team - and of course we celebrated in FLEXiCODE style! At the traditional Bavarian veal sausage breakfast at our Fürth site, the new recruits had the perfect opportunity to get to know the team and start talking to each other straight away.

IFS Cloud has once again positioned itself as one of the leading ERP solutions and has achieved a remarkable improvement in satisfaction with maintenance partners. The rating increased by almost a full grade to 1.9 compared to the previous study - thus leading among the large ERP solutions. This result also fills us with personal pride: Among all evaluations of the IFS solution, which could be attributed to a total of five maintenance partners, FLEXiCODE customers hold by far the largest share at 56%.

Our FLEXis from all three locations came together in Neuendettelsau in central Franconia for the annual summer party. The day began with exciting team games that challenged all colleagues and made them laugh. Afterwards, we spent a lovely evening together at a barbecue with delicious food, cool drinks and shared celebrations accompanied by music.

We are delighted to be able to financially support the Ronald McDonald House and Oasis in Passau. This facility of the McDonald's Children's Aid Foundation offers families of seriously ill children a "temporary home" and creates a warm atmosphere that provides comfort and companionship in difficult times. For the sixth time in a row, the Rotary Clubs of Erlangen organized a dragon boat race that brought together numerous companies from the region for a good cause. Over 20 companies took part this year and raised around 20,000 euros for social projects. Bavaria's Minister of the Interior and Sports Joachim Herrmann took over the award ceremony. It was FLEXiCODE's second participation - a day full of fun and joy.
